Frequently Asked Questions
The most common method is by direct bank transfer. Once you receive an invoice from us, our bank details will be on the invoice. If you want to pay by credit/debit card, we can process it with an added service fee of 2.5%.
By all means, bespoke is our main claim to fame. Carvings, paintings and one off types and sizes of harps are all welcome.

We stock many types of strings for many harps. We have Bow Brand, Burgundy and Camac strings of most types, especially gut strings. We usually stock strings for all the harps the we make or sell and many more.
We do have a showroom and try to have harps that we sell on display. We keep some imported harps in stock and on display as well as samples of some of the harps that we make to order. The show room is normally open 9-5 week days and other times by appointment. It is always best to call ahead and make an appointment to make sure that someone will be here.
Yes, we do ship worldwide.
Our harps are made in our workshop located in Booral, Queensland which is in the Hervey Bay region. This area is known as the whale watching capital and is the gateway to K’gari, (Fraser Island).
Yes. All quoted prices include GST.
Yes. The international shipping cost, Customs fees and GST are included in all quoted prices. Local delivery from us to you may be additional. Some international deliveries can be made directly to you.
The warranty on the harps that we make is 5 years.
This varies depending and the make and model and varies from 2 years to 10 years.
