Frequently Asked Questions
The most common method is by direct bank transfer. Once you receive an invoice from us, our bank details will be on the invoice. If you want to pay by credit/debit card, we can process it with an added service fee of 2.5%.
By all means, bespoke is our main claim to fame. Carvings, paintings and one off types and sizes of harps are all welcome.

We have showrooms in both Pialba and Gympie, and we try to display the harps we sell. We keep a limited number of imported harps in stock and on display at Pialba, as well as samples of some of the harps we make to order. The Gympie showroom has a limited display of the harps that we make. The showrooms are normally open 9-5 weekdays and by appointment at other times. It is always best to call ahead and schedule an appointment to ensure someone is available.
Yes, we do ship worldwide.
Our harps are made in Ziko’s workshop located in Gympie, Queensland.
Yes. All quoted prices include GST.
Yes. The international shipping cost, Customs fees and GST are included in all quoted prices. Local delivery from us to you may be additional. Some international deliveries can be made directly to you.
The warranty on the harps that we make is 5 years.
This varies depending and the make and model and varies from 2 years to 10 years.
